JetAlerts is easy to use.
Just answer two simple questions and JetAlerts goes to work as your personal air travel assistant!
1. What flight do you want to track?
2. Who needs to be informed?
You can tell JetAlerts what you want either at our web site or by sending us a simple text message from anywhere.
What flight do you want to track?
Chances are you won't be anywhere near a computer when you need JetAlerts. No problem. Just send us a text message with the airline and flight number and date. And don't worry about getting things exactly right - JetAlerts can figure out what you mean.
For example, just send any of these messages to tell JetAlerts that you want to track United Airlines flight 21:
UA 21 today
UAL 0021 June 4
United flight 21 6/4
etc.
|
You'll get a message right back from JetAlerts with the current status of the flight, and JetAlerts will automatically keep an eye on your flight, sending you any necessary updates until the flight is over. If you prefer to use our web site you can easily find a flight by airline or airport, and tell JetAlerts what flight to track right there.
Who needs to be informed?
OK, we already know that you want to be informed! But what about including others so you don't have to keep them in the loop, and they never need to ask or wonder what's going on? JetAlerts makes it a snap. Just include whatever contacts you want in your text message, like this:
UA 21 today
john.smith@acme.com
jwilson@corp.com
.
.
.

Or you can make a similar request at our web site if that's more convenient.
Want to include certain people every time? It's easy because JetAlerts automatically maintains a personal address book for you with everyone you've included before. You can review your address book on our web site or by text message and quickly mark which contacts should be included for every flight you track.
